Consultation

Anti-rabies vaccine

DHLPP 5-in-1 vaccine (dogs)
The core dog vaccine: distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvovirus and parainfluenza in one shot, on a logged cold chain.
FVRCP 3-in-1 vaccine (cats)
The core cat vaccine: panleukopenia, calicivirus and rhinotracheitis in one shot, on a logged cold chain.
Dog walking
An hour of real exercise for a dog whose day does not have enough in it, walked by someone who knows what a limp and a laboured breath look like. Route, duration and how the dog coped are written up after every walk.
Booster shots
The repeat dose that keeps a vaccine working. Given on the same logged cold chain as the first, with the card updated and the next date recorded, so an annual booster is not something you have to keep track of yourself.
FeLV vaccine (cats)
Protection against feline leukaemia virus, which passes between cats through grooming, sharing bowls and fighting. Worth it for any cat that goes outside or lives with one that does.
Feline Chlamydia vaccine
Given where conjunctivitis and upper airway infection keep coming back, which is most common in multi-cat households and cats that came in from the street.
Wound management
Cleaning, debridement and dressing of a wound, with pain relief and a plan for the days after, for dogs, cats and birds.
Deworming
On-schedule deworming dosed precisely to your pet's size, and we track the next due date so you never have to remember it.
Flea & tick treatment (injectable)
An injectable parasite treatment given by the vet during the visit, dosed to your pet's weight, with the next due date recorded for you.
Flea & tick treatment (tablet)
A chewable tablet covering fleas and ticks for months rather than weeks. It costs more than the injection and lasts considerably longer, which is usually the better trade in a compound with a tick problem.
Essential grooming
The clean-and-comfortable package: bath, brush-out, ear cleaning and nail trim, done gently where your pet feels safest.
Signature grooming
The full Nexara treatment: breed-appropriate styling, de-shedding, deep coat conditioning, paw balm, teeth attention and a finishing touch worthy of the name.
Tests & sample collection
Blood draws and samples collected at home, couriered to accredited labs, results explained in plain language.
Microchipping
A permanent ID for your pet, registered on the spot, the surest way home if you're ever separated.
Travel assistance

Beak and nail trim (birds)
An overgrown beak or nail changes how a bird eats and perches, and it happens quietly. Trimmed back to a natural shape with proper restraint, and the perches you use are checked at the same time, since those are usually the cause.
Wing trim (birds)
A light trim of the flight feathers so a bird cannot gain height indoors, done symmetrically so it can still glide down safely. We will talk it through with you first, because it is not right for every bird.

Which areas do you cover?+
Four Lagos territories. Lekki and Victoria Island covers Lekki Phase 1, Ikoyi, VI, Oniru, Ikate, Osapa and Ajah. Yaba and Surulere covers Yaba, Surulere, Sabo, Alagomeji, Onike, Palmgrove, Ilupeju, Gbagada, Akoka, Bariga, Somolu, Ebute Metta, Festac and Apapa. Ikeja covers Ikeja, Opebi, Allen, Adeniyi Jones, Maryland, Ikeja GRA, Ogba, Magodo, ACME, Oregun, Ojodu, Agege and Omole. Alimosho covers Egbeda, Alimosho, Ipaja, Idimu, Gowon Estate, Ayobo, Ikotun, Isheri-Oshun and Anthony. We visit all four Monday to Saturday. If your address sits just outside one of them, message us before you book and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
What does the home visit fee cover?+
The ₦20,000 home visit fee is charged once per address, per visit, and it covers every pet in that home. One dog or four cats, the fee is the same. What is priced per pet is the care itself: each vaccine, deworming, grooming session or test is charged for the animal that receives it. The booking wizard shows you every line before you confirm anything.
Can I pick the exact time of my appointment?+
Yes. You choose an exact appointment time between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday, rather than a vague window, and we plan our routes around the times our clients pick. We do not visit on Sundays. You get a message when the vet is on the way.
Can I use my Skeepy Pet HMO plan with Nexara?+
Yes, Skeepy Pet HMO is accepted here. If your dog or cat is covered by a Skeepy plan, eligible care with us can be settled under it, so have your HMO ID ready when you book. Skeepy members also get 5% off everything in our Pet Shop. If you would like cover for your pet, you can get a plan at www.skeepy.co.
